ADVANTAGES

Key Service Advantages

Dedicated riders, operational control, platform integration, POD, and predictable distance computation.

Riders are assigned exclusively to the Client account and may be evaluated or replaced based on performance.

The Client maintains full operational control, including rider schedules, operational procedures, handling rules for special items, customer communication, and policies for escalation, reattempts, and returns. SnapX ensures implementation and compliance with Client-defined standards.

The platform provides real-time rider tracking, custom features for operational requirements, and full API integration. Each delivery includes Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation: delivery photo, electronic signature, and system-verified drop-off record, automatically captured and stored.

The Client controls all delivery pricing, including base fares, excess distance rates, and surcharges. SnapX receives 20% service commission; riders receive 80% of total delivery fees including surcharges. The Client may offer discretionary rider allowances during low-volume periods, which are fully passed through to riders without commission or VAT.

SnapX uses straight-line distance computation for consistent, predictable billing. Charges are calculated based on radius distance with excess-distance charges following Client-defined rates.

OPERATIONS

Operational Framework

How rider deployment and proof of delivery work, end-to-end.

Riders are assigned per branch or operational area, with backup riders designated for continuity. This geographic assignment ensures familiarity with routes and local conditions.

All completed deliveries require POD documentation: delivery photo, electronic signature, and system-confirmed drop-off record with timestamp and location. Documentation is automatically captured and stored.

TERMS

General Terms and Conditions

Billing cadence, cancellations, failed deliveries, claims, and the service agreement baseline.

Billing operates on a per-delivery basis for completed deliveries only. The Client controls all delivery pricing, including base fares, excess kilometer rates, and surcharges. SnapX receives a fixed 20% service commission; riders receive 80% of the total delivery fee including surcharges.

All rates and SnapX commission are VAT-exclusive. Billing is weekly with 7 day payment terms. Incidental fees are billed separately with receipts.

  • Cancellation fees: 100% if rider has reached pickup point; 50% if canceled after rider assignment.
  • Failed deliveries/returns: charged at 100% of forward delivery fee plus excess distance.

Claims for loss, damage, shortage, or unremitted COD must be filed within 24 hours with documentation. Liability limitations are defined in the service agreement.

Riders may be replaced upon reasonable Client request. Integration scope, timelines, and costs are confirmed during onboarding. Custom development work is billed per hour at Quantum Technology, Inc.'s prevailing rate and requires prior approval and work order.

SLAs, KPIs, service term, and termination conditions are defined in the final service agreement. The Client agrees not to hire or solicit riders directly for 12 months after engagement termination.
